How to contact us

If there is a problem, please include as much information about the issue as possible; for example, if the issue is with a specific channel, include the channel name.

If the issue is about a specific clip, include the clip ID. This can be found by going to Library -> Generated Clips, and then clicking on the clip row. This will redirect you to the Edit Clip page. The ID can be taken from the page URL.
